Each path begins with the participant’s present beliefs and moves toward the question of God. The Bible then introduces the God it reveals, whose own testimony becomes authoritative as the study asks who Jesus is, what He accomplished and how we will respond. These six conversations are a doorway: a person who wants to keep investigating can continue with a guide, while someone who has personally trusted Jesus as Lord and Savior may move into Grow as a Disciple.

Grow as a Disciple · six studies

A first look at the adventure of following Jesus.

This second six-study doorway is for a person who has personally trusted Jesus as Lord and Savior. It introduces the whole life of a disciple without trying to cover everything at once. Each session opens a path that can later be explored in depth with a leader.

Begin here after personally trusting Jesus.

If you are still investigating who Jesus is or are not ready to follow Him, that is completely welcome—continue in Explore Jesus with your guide. Grow as a Disciple begins when your answer is, “I trust Jesus as my Lord and Savior, and I want to learn to follow Him.”

After Session 6, the participant and leader review what God is developing. The leader then recommends an appropriate in-depth series from the private Leaders Library. That library and its selection tools will be visible only to authorized leaders when they are added.

Your leader is already walking with you. This third six-study doorway helps you explore ministry calling, character, gifts, servant leadership, witness and faithful teamwork. It is an overview that prepares you and your leader to choose focused training and supervised ministry practice.

Ministry grows from discipleship, not from a title.

Begin this pathway after establishing the foundations of following Jesus. You do not need to know your final role. Bring a willing heart, your questions and the guidance of a leader who can help you test calling, character, gifts and readiness in community.

This final six-study doorway helps you and your leader discern where to engage in the ministry God has prepared for you. Explore prayer, compassionate service, church ministry, witness, cross-cultural mission, mentoring, disciplemaking and other pathways—then choose one healthy, supervised place to begin.

Engagement is a faithful next step, not a finish line.

You are not expected to do everything or serve alone. Begin with the character, gifts and preparation already affirmed by your leader, then enter a real ministry setting with a team, clear boundaries, appropriate training and regular review.

After Session 6, the participant and leader select one primary engagement pathway. The leader then chooses an appropriate in-depth series from the private Leaders Library and connects the participant with a ministry team, supervisor, safeguarding requirements and a defined review date.

Do I need to be a Christian?

No. Spiritually curious adults are warmly welcome. You may explore, ask honest questions and decide what you believe without pressure.

Is participation free?

Yes. The ministry does not charge for groups, prayer conversations or mentoring, and our volunteers will never ask participants for money.

What country must I live in?

You may enquire from any country. Placement depends on time-zone fit, language and the availability of trained volunteers.

Is this an online church?

No. This ministry is designed to support Gospel exploration and discipleship. We encourage connection with a healthy local church.

What languages are available?

English initially; additional languages will depend on trained volunteers.

How is my privacy protected?

We aim to collect only what is needed, limit who can access it and use responsible tools. Read our draft privacy notice for more detail.

Can minors participate?

Participation is currently intended for adults aged 18 and above. A separate safeguarding framework would be required before offering ministry for minors.
